Ph.D. in Nursing (Specialization in Adult Nursing – Acute Care, Critical Care, or Medical-Surgical Nursing)

Job Description

• Develop and deliver courses to students in the specified discipline areas of study.

• Evaluate and monitor individual student progress and provide feedback to improve and sustain student success.

• Ability to teach a variety of specialized courses, and other courses related to Business Analytics specialization.

• Engage in and conduct quality research, publishing in high-impact journals.

• Support and contribute to curriculum development and course management in alignment with University and College standards.

• Contribute effectively to college and university initiatives, including constructive proposals and projects.

• Support and participate in local and international accreditation initiatives.

• Promote and guide students in envisioning their future careers in local, regional, and international contexts, ensuring they are well-prepared for professional challenges.

• Maintain relationships with students that foster an effective learning environment.

• Initiate and participate in community engagement activities that benefit the University and local community.

General Conditions

• Proven record of teaching excellence at the university level, with 3+ years of teaching experience.
