The successful applicant will have an established reputation in teaching and research in the field of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and will be expected to contribute to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. The successful candidate is expected to take up the post from the beginning of January 2026. Post status: Specific Purpose Contract Hours of Post: Part-Time, 0.7 Full Time Equivalent. Hours of work for academic staff are those as prescribed under Public Service Agreements. Salary: This appointment will be made on the pro-rated Assistant Professor Salary Scale (€42,925 – €102,556 per annum pro-rata) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
