Position DescriptionThe Yale School of Medicine, Section of General Internal Medicine, and Department of Internal Medicine are seeking an exceptional Clinician-Educator to help establish the new Yale Family Medicine Residency Program. The successful candidate will help pursue the residency program’s mission to train resilient, comprehensive personal physicians who advocate for their patients and improve community health, and will be part of a team establishing Family Medicine within Yale. The program’s goals are to foster leadership, health equity, and social justice to prepare graduates to thrive across diverse health care settings. This full-time position offers substantial protected time for developing innovative clinical, educational, and scholarly initiatives, along with opportunities to take on a key leadership role as Associate Residency Director in the residency program.
