Research excellence will be assessed by grants, publications in leading journals, invited presentations, awards, and related accomplishments—considering the candidate’s career stage. Clinical & Academic Responsibilities The successful applicant will: Join the Division of Infectious Diseases at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, providing inpatient consultation services for complex patient populations across medical, surgical, oncology, and trauma/critical care services. Provide approximately 6–12 weeks of inpatient infectious diseases service coverage per year. Conduct one half-day per week of combined general infectious diseases and Complex OutPatient Antibiotic Treatment (COPAT) clinic. Seek cross-appointment in the University of Toronto School of Graduate Studies. Supervise graduate students and medical trainees in clinical research.
