Bioinformatics Specialist in Centre for Tropical Crops and Biocommodities (CTCB) Queensland University of Technology Australia

QUT is seeking a PhD or Masters graduate in the bioinformatics or related field, as part of an initiative to develop high level genomic analysis of model and crop plants. The work will be primarily focused on genome assemblies, syntemic and epigenetic analyses, and comparative genomics. You will be working in a team environment.

Status : Fixed-term, full-time basis for five (5) years
