Job Responsibilities

Assistant statistician, biostatistics department

1. Assist in professional consultation and issue statistical reports;

2. Drafting various documents related to the project;

3. Cooperate with quality control work;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.


Senior Project Specialist, Project Development and Management

1. Develop a project monitoring plan and project management plan;
2. Independently carry out multi-center project management and audit work: formulate budgets, assist in ethical review, on-site audits, project audit reports, progress reports, and report on major problems found in the audit and follow up;
3. Guidance and training project specialist/project assistant.

Project Manager, Data Management Department
1. Fully master the various processes of data management for PDC and EDC projects;
2. Form and lead the team to independently carry out data management: drafting contracts, managing budgets, task assignments, and quality control;
3. Participate in the drafting, revision, training and implementation supervision of the departmental SOP;
4. Undertake the teaching of data management related courses;
5. Independently solve related technical problems in data management and master new developments in data technology;
6. Conduct research in the field of data technology and publish at least two papers in the field of data management during his tenure.

Data Management Department Data Manager
1. Draft, revise, and annotate CRF;
2. Draft related documents such as data management plan and data verification plan;
3. Database and logic verification build, system deployment, and database testing;
4. User training, technical support, account management;
5. Data verification and question management;
6. Participate in the data review meeting and submit the lock database;
7. Undertake data analysis and mining related work;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.  

Integrated office administrative assistant
1. Personnel visit, call reception;
2. Purchase, distribution and storage of office supplies and equipment;
3. Daily reimbursement of credentials and invoice verification work;
5. Attendance statistics and archiving work;
6. Collection and archiving of various documents and materials;
7. Daily maintenance work such as website, WeChat platform, project management system;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Application conditions

Assistant statistician, biostatistics department

1. Master's degree or above in statistics related major;
2. Familiar with the use of SAS software;
3. Good logical thinking, communication and execution skills;
4. Be serious and rigorous, be dedicated and dedicated, have a sense of accountability and innovation.

Senior Project Specialist, Project Development and Management
1. Medicine or life science related majors;
2. Master degree or above and engaged in CRA work for at least 2 years; undergraduate requirements for 3 years or more;
3. Good at communication, good leadership and execution;
4. Love clinical research.

Project Manager, Data Management Department
1. Master's degree or above;
2. Engaged in DM work for more than 4 years, with project management experience;
3. Familiar with international and domestic GCP and related regulations;
4. Those who have obtained intermediate or above titles and have published articles are preferred.

Data Management Department Data Manager
1. Bachelor degree or above in medicine or computer science;
2. Understand international and domestic GCP and related regulations;
3. Those who have relevant practical experience and experience in software such as SAS, Stata, R, SPSS are preferred;
4. Strong new software learning and application skills.

Integrated office administrative assistant
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Good written and verbal skills;
3. Good communication skills and organizational coordination skills;
4. Being diligent and responsible;
5. Good teamwork spirit.
