Position: Full-time, approximately 50% clinical and 50% research/teaching/quality improvement/administrative. Expected start date: July 1, 2026, or shortly thereafter. Academic appointment: Eligible for Associate or Full Professor rank at the University of Toronto. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical, administrative, and academic leadership for the Division. Mentor faculty and support career development. Develop divisional goals and objectives aligned with University, Hospital, and Department strategic initiatives. Lead the division in delivering excellence across clinical, academic, and research activities. Qualifications MD degree. Certification (or eligibility) in Gastroenterology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Licensure (or eligibility) to practice in Ontario. Proven leadership and mentorship skills in clinical care, education, research, clinical innovation, and change management. Remuneration and Benefits Commensurate with academic rank, qualifications, clinical work, and experience.
