The Department of Advanced and Integrated Practice at London South Bank University is a vibrant and well established health and social care academic department.  We are seeking staff who are dynamic and passionate about mental health and learning disabilities to join our growing Department.   As a top modern London University, LSBU is best known for being entrepreneurial in its approach to educating health and social care practitioners within a contemporary landscape.


Whether at Undergraduate or Postgraduate level LSBU aims to ensure our students are challenged to meet the demands of their community's health and wellbeing. A student-focused approach is essential, as is a willingness to use and learn the latest thinking in digital and technological tools for student support and learning.


We expect applicants to have an understanding of modern nurse education; including integrated approaches to physical and mental health care, contemporary workforce requirements, an interest in a variety of teaching and learning approaches, and preferably have experience of innovative curriculum development and delivery.

For the Lecturer / Senior Lecturer position we require applicants who can deliver high quality education, have experience of course and project management, are capable of working within a specialist clinical field, and who can deliver recognized quality interventions for people with mental health issues. If you are working at Advanced Practice level and/or researching to this level, we want to hear from you to further enhance your and our students' careers at LSBU.
