Peking University School of Nursing is an important part of Peking University Medicine. Since its first restoration of higher nursing education in China in 1984, it has gradually developed into elderly care and smart care, chronic disease management, clinical specialist nursing, community nursing, and nursing education. Research, nursing management and other key development directions, and cultivate a large number of nursing leaders who cover the three levels of undergraduate, master's and doctoral degrees. The overall level of the discipline is at the leading position in China. Since the 2016 QS subject list has been included in the nursing profession, it has ranked among the top 100 in the world for many years. In 2017, it entered the ranks of the national “double first-class” construction discipline. As the chairman of the Nursing Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education and the leading unit of the Nursing Subcommittee of the National Medical Professional Degree Teaching Steering Committee, under the guidance of the Ministry of Education, the National Nursing Schools actively promote the education of undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students. Peking University's first-level discipline in nursing was approved in 2014 as a postdoctoral mobile station. There are seven post-doctoral supervisors: Prof. Shang Shaomei, Professor Li Mingzi, Professor Lu Hong, Professor Lu Qian, Researcher Wang Cuili, Professor Wang Zhiwen, and Associate Professor Wan Qiaoqin (see the following for the team introduction). Due to work needs, the School of Nursing plans to continue recruiting four postdoctoral researchers in 2019.

First, the recruitment conditions

1. Love the motherland, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and love the cause of socialist education. Good character, rigorous style, passionate about academic research and teaching, with a sense of innovation and teamwork.
2. Obtained (with a doctoral degree not exceeding three years) or soon to receive a doctoral degree, in good health, and under the age of 35 (time is calculated by official inbound as a cut-off point).
3. Have a professional background in nursing, clinical medicine, public health, rehabilitation or psychology.
4. Can independently engage in scientific research. During the doctoral period, he will publish at least one article in the journals of SCI, SSCI or EI as the first author.

1. Salary and welfare: The annual income of ordinary full-time post-doctoral tax is about 210,000 yuan (including the unit's provident fund), and the annual income of Boya's post-tax pre-tax is about 270,000 yuan (including the unit's provident fund); the cooperative tutor will pay the project remuneration for outstanding postdocs. Pay social insurance and provident fund in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and the school.

2. Housing: Postdocs can apply for post-doctoral apartments in accordance with the time of the stop, and rent the apartment to pay the rent according to the market price.
