We are offering a highly motivated Postdoc researcher the opportunity to join Stegmayer's Lab at the University of Bern. The position is initially limited to one year, with the possibility of extension, and is based at the Center for Translational Research of the University Hospital of Psychiatry. In this role, you will work on innovative research in neuroimaging, emotion regulation, and psychiatric disorders, with a focus on the biological effects of paranoia, under the supervision of Prof. K. Stegmayer, MD.

Responsibilities
Behavioural and MRI data analyses (event-related task activation, resting state, structural data processing (e.g. DTI, cortical thickness and volumetrics)
Authoring manuscripts
Presenting research progress at lab meetings, conferences, and other scientific forums
Requirements
PhD or an equivalent degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. psychiatry, psychology, medicine, social science, neuropsychology, biomedical engineering, neuroscience or related fields)
Experience with neuroimaging techniques and their analysis
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently and in a goal-oriented manner within multidisciplinary teams
Research experience in emotion regulation is an advantage
