Position summary

The SCOPE project is a Health Research Board funded international multidisciplinary project to develop a standardised outcome measurement set for evaluation infant-feeding interventions to prevent childhood obesity. The project builds on the previously developed core outcome set for infant feeding interventions to prevent childhood obesity by determining how best we should measure the most important outcomes in this area.

The candidate will be expected to conduct high-level research related to the project, including leading systematic reviews of outcome measurement instruments and measurement properties, and stakeholder engagement and consensus processes. The candidate will work with other members of an internationally recognised research team and will lead and contribute to peer-reviewed publications and project dissemination. There are also opportunities to undertake training and upskilling in methodologies relevant to the project, and to apply for further funding related to the project. Time commitment and working arrangements for this project are flexible and can be discussed and agreed with the Principal Investigator.

Salary: €41,207 - €47,477 p.a. (IUA PD1 Salary Scale)
