The Division of Dermatology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is currently recruiting for a full-time Postdoctoral Scholar to join Dr. Roger Lo's laboratory focused on cancer and melanoma research.

The candidate is expected to have published in peer-reviewed journals in any area of the biomedical sciences (cancer research preferred) and to have less than 6 months of cumulative postdoctoral research experience, including postdoctoral service at other institutions. Areas of research include the mechanisms of melanoma metastasis and therapy resistance, sequencing of therapies and combinations, predictive biomarkers, novel therapeutic targets, and the tumor microenvironment. Data sets are generated from mouse models, clinical trial patients and warm autopsies. The types of data include WGS/WES, RNA-seq, methylome, ATAC-seq, CyTOF, scRNA-seq and various types of epigenomic and proteomic data. A Ph.D is required.
