The successful candidate will join an established comparative cardiovascular and interventional cardiology service. This team includes: 1 tenured faculty 1 tenure-track faculty 3 nurses 4 cardiology residents The service manages a high caseload (70–100 interventional cases per year), focusing on congenital cardiac defects, and collaborates closely with local veterinarians, breeders, and rescue groups. Facilities & Equipment Digital ECG, GE Vivid E95 echocardiography with 3 review stations Portable GE Vivid iq Pediatric and adult 4D TEE probes Medtronic and St. Jude/Abbott pacemaker programmers Hemostatic assays: thromboelastography, platelet aggregometry 650 ft² interventional catheterization lab with advanced hemodynamic and imaging systems State-of-the-art cardiac EP lab with Abbott EnSite 3D mapping platform Purdue Veterinary Hospital Complex (162,500 sq ft): Small Animal Hospital (65,000 sq ft expansion) Equine Hospital Farm Animal Hospital The new facilities support clinical teaching, compassionate animal care, and interdisciplinary research. Responsibilities

Service & Engagement

Train cardiology residents and veterinary students
