Lecturer in Pharmaceutics and Dosage Forms FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCES VACANCY NO. IRC 995: LECTURER IN PHARMACEUTICS AND DOSAGE FORMS, SCHOOL OF PHARMACY (Contract Position) The Faculty of Health Sciences invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Lecturer in the School of Pharmacy. Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: (i) Undertake the teaching of Pharmaceutics and Dosage Forms courses in the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) programme, (ii) supervise and mentor learners, (iii) participate in administrative and non-administrative assignments as maybe delegated by the supervisor/Head. Requirements: Applicants should possess: (i) a relevant PhD; (ii) Master Degree in Pharmaceutics and Dosage Forms or related fields; (iii) Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent with at least 2(i) pass/GPA of at least 3.6 or equivalent; (iv) evidence of engagement in research; (v) registration (or registrable) with BHPC. The following will be added advantages: (i) teaching experience at a University or comparable institution as well as evidence of Governance and Social Engagement. N.B. Applicants with Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutics and Dosage Forms or related fields with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related fields with at least 2(i) pass/GPA of at least 3.6 or equivalent may be considered.
