Academic Affairs: Working with faculty, students, alumni and practice partners and ALT leaders, assure the integrity, relevance and value of the FSPH academic degree and programs. Assure that a continuous quality improvement process is focused on creating a best-in-class experience for FSPH students and that faculty are consistently recognized among the top in their field of expertise. Conduct periodic assessment and evaluation of department and program level quality. Take responsibility for developing a plan for continuously improving national and regional rankings and public reputation scores. C. Faculty Affairs: Working with academic and faculty leaders to assure that FSPH systems and procedures enhance and support a positive faculty experience and enable excellence in teaching, research, and service. Work with chairs and program directors to assure the sufficient and effective use of instructional talent and provide school level direction for recruitment and retention of faculty. Develop and oversee the periodic assessment and documentation of faculty work and compliance with university, school and departmental requirements and guidance. Work with chairs and individual faculty as appropriate to assure a plan for personal growth and excellence. About the Campus: Our School is located on the IUPUI campus in Indianapolis. Basic Qualifications Candidates must have a terminal degree and be qualified for a faculty appointment at the rank of Professor with tenure in one of the School’s five departments.
