The Institute of Genetics（http://www.ig.zju.edu.cn/） is Zhejiang University ‘Current faculty members of the Institute of Genetics are made of 4 Professors and 3 Associate Professors, including two awardees of the "Thousand Talents Program" honoured by the Chinese State Government and two Chief Scientists of “973” Research Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology. s new institutional initiative to promote the science of genetics. The Institute is striving towards a world-class academic institute and stands a very competitive position to provide excellent working environment. Six faculty positions are open at Associate Professor and Professor levels in the following areas: Human Genetics, Medical Genetics, Mitochondrial Genetics, Stem cell and regeneration Biology. Qualified applicants should have strong research profiles and full capacity to conduct innovative research in these areas. Teaching workload is expected for both undergraduate and graduate students. The University and the Institute will provide state-of-the-art research facilities and supporting staffs.
