The School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences is at the forefront of higher education in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Forensic Science and related areas, and has excellent working relationships with pharmaceutical providers, the NHS and industry. We are looking for a highly professional, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team. You will have a PhD in Pharmaceutics, preferably in the area of nanoformulation, and proven strong research and teaching experience in Pharmaceutics. You will complement existing research/teaching activities in the above area, and contribute to the School’s highly successful Master of Pharmacy (MPharm), BSc Pharmaceutical Science, MSc in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Quality Control and forthcoming MSc Cosmetic Science, ae well as other relevant undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You will also be expected to actively engage in the development of new UG and PG programmes in relevant areas. A background and education in pharmacy, registration as a pharmacist or the possibility to register in the UK are desirable. You will be encouraged to develop your own research in any relevant areas within the Drug Delivery and Formulation Research Group, in conjunction with other members of the School, utilising the world-class research facilities available in the newly built Life Science Building as well as in the James Parsons Building.
