Tenure-Track Non-Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 201601230) Applications are invited for appointment as Tenure-track Non-Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy, to commence as soon as possible, on a three-year fixed-term basis. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Science, with a strong background and research record in pharmaceutics, drug delivery and formulation science. Preference will be given to those with Hong Kong Pharmacist registration and relevant teaching experience. The appointee is expected to initiate laboratory-based research projects related to the above-stated fields, supervision of postgraduate students, teach medical, dental, nursing and pharmacy students. A globally competitive remuneration package commensurate with the appointee's qualifications and experience will be offered. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary, as well as leave, and medical benefits.
