We are now seeking to appoint to two lectureship posts. In both posts you will be teaching undergraduate students undertaking MBChB degree.You will also besetting and marking assessments/examinations in the MBChB Curriculum, as well as acting as a personal tutor to a group of medical students in their first 2 years.
Post 1: you will have responsibility for the organisation, delivery and quality of a core unit in the MBChB Phase 1 Curriculum
You will have knowledge of human anatomical sciences and/or general systems physiology and/or pharmacology as well as excellent organisational, administrative and team-working skills. For post 1, you will be able to add effectively to the collective efforts of a large multi-disciplinary team, working together towards achieving excellence in the delivery of Phase 1 of our medical curriculum. For post 2, you will be able to demonstrate broad experience of undergraduate medical education to include for example, experience in assessment, curriculum development and / or quality assurance.
