At the Institute of Nutritional Sciences of the Friedrich Schiller University Jena is at the earliest possible date a position as Research Associate to occupy. At the Institute of Nutritional Sciences, the connections between nutrients and cardiovascular diseases are being investigated as part of the BMBF-funded competence cluster for nutrition and cardiovascular health (nutriCARD). nutriCARD is an interdisciplinary joint project of the Universities of Halle, Jena and Leipzig, and one of four national competence centers for nutrition research. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you are instrumental in preparing and conducting meta-analyzes that explore the relationships between nutrients, food groups and diets and the development of obesity, cardiometabolic disorders, type 2 diabetes mellitus and / or the occurrence of cardiovascular events to be examined.
