Postdoctoral Position in Computational Biology and Drug Design Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine

Due to the need of scientific research, Prof. Ma Buyong’s research Team from School of Medicine, SJTU, is looking for 2 postdoctoral researchers from home or abroad. Research Directions: 1. Computer aided antibody drug design, formation mechanism and structure prediction of amyloid protein, regulation of neurodegeneration and amyloidosis. (Headcount 1) 2. Application of machine learning and deep learning in computational biology. (Headcount 1) Qualifications: 1. Have obtained doctor's degree in well-known universities or research institutions at home and abroad, majoring in computational biophysics, computational chemistry, computational biology, structural biology, bioinformatics or other related fields; 2. Familiar with common computational chemistry and computational biology software (such as molecular dynamics simulation), proficient in building models of machine learning and deep learning, familiar with software system development; 3. Strong writing skills for scientific papers, have published research paper in the authoritative journal; 4. With innovative ability, teamwork spirit and good communicative skills. Compensations: Enjoy benefits in accordance with relevant policies of SJTU, excellent post-doctors can apply for the position of long-term teaching track after the post-doctoral period. The basic annual salary will be 220,000-240,000 (including rental allowance).
