Responsibilities may include general business, science, medical, agricultural or other professional support functions. Term: On-Call allowed to work 1039 hours in any twelve (12) month period. Unit Position SummaryThe research assistants will help: plan the details of the study; ask people if they want to take part in the study (recruitment); talk to people and take notes (interviews); go to work with people, talk to people there, and take notes; keep notes and details about people safe and private; find key topics in the interviews and notes (data analysis); and, create reports of the results of the study The research assistants will also: learn about the study plan and key topics we found so far; get training in research methods and research ethics; and, follow research ethics rules. Desired QualificationsKnowledge of autism and what it is like to be autistic. Previous experience working as part of a research project. Ability to travel around state.
