The appointee will contribute to clinical research projects focusing on human immunogenetics under the supervision of Professor Lau Yu Lung and Professor Yang Wanling. He/She will be responsible for packaging a bioinformatic workflow consisting of in-house bash, python, R scripts as well as other environmental dependencies to a deployable environment-independent Linux-based software; and perform other tasks as assigned.
