Duties and responsibilities You will identify antibodies specific to CRE using a phage human antibody library and/or isolate memory B cells to generate human monoclonal antibodies to CRE by single B cell manipulation. Essential requirements You must have expertise on molecular biology and protein expression / purification, with experience (desirable) in monoclonal antibody / B cell technologies and deep knowledge in the field of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Further information The post is offered on a full time, fixed term for 6 months. Candidates who have not yet been officially awarded their PhD will be appointed as a Research Assistant within the salary range £35,477 - £38,566 per annum.
