Senior Research Assistant/Research Assistant I/II (holding the functional title of Statistician/Data Analyst) (several posts) in Cancer Epidemiology in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 494323) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

 

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, data analytics, biostatistics, public health, computer science, mathematics, biology or other related disciplines. Those with a Master's degree or above may be considered as Senior Research Assistant. A quantitative mind, knowledge of mathematical modelling, and proficiency in statistical software (e.g. R, MATLAB) are favorable.

 

The appointees will perform data analysis and presentation, prepare academic publications, and prepare reports for a funded project in cancer epidemiology. Onsite training will be provided.
